I just maxed at 205 and weight is still around/under 140

Damn dude that's fucking awesome. I didn't hit 205 until last year, and I weighed around ~190 then.

I dont think I am even benching my own weight.
I can do 55 on each side on the Smith machine
I never tired max though. No spotter ftl.

first set is 215lbs x 15.
max is at 295lbs.
I weigh 206lbs

like half a year ago i was around 180, and i hit 190. now i'm still around that weight but went down to like 160 and can't get back up.
doing nothing over summer killed me

I haven't been working out at all, last I lifted was last week and that was just a plate... then before that was probably another week before haha
