I have a gym membership but my motivation seems to be hit and miss on that and I also tend to focus more on weight training than cardio, I kind of want a good balance between the two but have no clue when it comes to cardio workouts.
What say ye?
Easy way to tackle this problem is to do the bike/treadmill/spinner/whatever for 30 minutes (tunes are a must, soooo boring), and then go directly to the weights without a break (no more than a few minutes). Your heart rate stays up. And after you've done 30 minutes worth of weights, you've actually gotten a solid hour of decent cardio, just by keeping moving.
