I didn't hear the post fight interviews (was at a sports bar) but I heard that Sylvia called out Kongo a.k.a. avoiding Big Nog.
As for Franklin, there isn't anybody besides Silva that he wasn't beaten and a rubber match between both of them would most likely end the same way. The only person I'd like to see Silva fight now is "Decision" Dan Henderson and Paulo Filho but it's all in the air for now with Filho having the same manager as Silva and Henderson not saying anything about switching weight classes.
In the post fight interview Dana said that Hendo doesn't want to drop down weight classes. Whether thats true or not I'm unsure.

As usual. He's never the aggressor. Just stall out and try to pull a decision. I gave Vera round 1 also and he surely dominated round 2. I figured Sylvia had to knock him out in the third to pull it off. I still cant believe they gave him a unanimous decision
sylvia won because he controlled the fight. He pressed vera against the fence and vera couldn't do shit. sylvia was in complete control.
In that case he should win every fight. Hold on to opponent until all time runs out.
Sylvia: "I trained real hard for this fight. I held on to trees and light poles for hours getting ready for this fight. Anything inanimate I could find, I held on to it. It paid off tonight for me. I want Cheick Kongo next. He's been bullying around some guys smaller than him. I think he should try picking on someone his own size. I'll hold him into retirement."
