this is awesome ....
our email system has been down the last 2 hours, this means our heldesk is getting backed up because no tickets can get logged into the system.
on top of that my connection to the main server got locked this weekend somehow and the guy who can fix it only responds to emails .... i believe you see my dilemma.

effin awesome ... now the connection to the data server just went down for the whole office ... so the last connections i did have that allowed me to work are down.
