losing weight is cake. Putting weight on is next to impossible for me.

losing weight is not the hard part for most people. its keeping the weight off and maintaining it thats difficult for most people. most people just tend to lack self-discipline.

Ever since I bought the house in march I've lost 16 -17lbs

Everybody says I look sick :doh: 145lbs ftl
