My problem is work and living back at home- no time and lots of crap for me to eat around the house. When I had my apartment, I didn't let that stuff through the door. Work= eating lunch out, limited options.

I have been eating lunch at work 5 days a week in the grill....all greasy stuff.

Now I'm taking lunch.

eating out doesn't always have to be completely unhealthy anyway. home prepared meals can be just as bad or worse depending on what you're making and how you're preparing it along with portion sizes.

Well instead of eating hamburgers, philly cheesesteaks, and fries...I'm taking a sandwich, veggies, and fruit.
