i can imagine there aren't many places for sale out there. my parents are trying to rent a condo at greek peak :wiggle:

 

not the middle of nowhere, off the beaten path. we like having a little bit of elbow room and its much quieter.... and its close enough to the city to be convenient... there are lots in the 400-600k range but we werent exactly looking to spend that much.

holly had a condo at greek peak for a few months, it was nice up there
