I don't care if it costs me more money in the long run...there is no fucking way I am filling up my tank with the slow setting. It takes long enough as it is.

yeah that one should be pretty easy to do. Especially since most of the time there are at least two gas stations on a corner. You could just pick the one without the tuck filling up the tanks.

#1 is BS to me...

most pump here are compensated for tempurature variation.

Plus the daily tempurature variation on a 80,000 liter tank that has effective leak protection must be minute.

besides as for the stirred up contaminents ... thats what the filtering system at the station is for anyways.

yeah except the dirt thing those are pretty retarded. thermal expansion coef. of gas is .00053 /F. So the difference for a 10 gallon would be .0053 gal per 10 degrees F. Or about 1-2 cents for a fill up between monring and afternoon. didn't even have to break out excel....
