there are quite a few people who are members of h-t and han, including most of the og's here
while we may not post and bullshit on their forums, we do use it for research purposes sometimes, same goes for their members

if people are browsing two forums, they are seeing two sets of ads, thus doubling the amount of possible chances for the company to make money

why would they limit this to just one forum and cut their chances in half?

i dont know much about computer or internet stuff, but it doesnt seem like they would save any money by merging them either
the size of the new forum would be the size of han and h-t together, so server space would be the same
maybe mods could be streamlined, but they arent paid anyway so why should they care

the people who bought han arent fools, this is their business, they will research what would be most beneficial for their company and act accordingly

so chill with the hate and give it a chance, better to help them make good decisions than to flip out and piss them off
