When i had them i bought some RAID and sprayed ALL my baseboards and haven't seen a roach or waterbug yet. It's best to find out where they are coming in at and spray that location. Also like someone else mentioned. Cleanliness will help but won't keep them out. The landlord can hire an exterminator, but that's about as far as it goes for them dudes.
be glad you don't live in Florida...roaches are a part of life. Even our brand new house had some in it, before food had even entered the place. Pest control, cleanliness and tolerance are about the best you can do.
Are those roaches or palmetto bugs?? Either way, they're disgusting!! There was one in our condo this sumemr on the 4th floor and I was so pissed - how the eff did the bastard get all the way up there?! :nervous:

Are you talking about thousand-leggers/silverfish?? If so, there was one in my chem lecture the other day....I HATE those things.

word. im about to pick up some spray and roach motel stuff after coming back from the gym. and see, we dont have food lying around. our place is clean which makes me wonder if theyre living off dust or something :squint:
Do NOT step on them to kill them as you will then be spreading their eggs and then you will have MORE of an infestation.
I would say the worst infestations are roaches and silver fish. My dorm used to have silver fish and those are damn near IMPOSSIBLE to exterminate. Good luck with the roaches, and bringing chicks home...

probably, you are close enough you probably have them there. I seriously don't care about spider or anything but even the pic kinda makes my skin crawl.
