yep too much car for too little tire.

i forgot what the model name is, but hankook has some new tires out that have been getting good reviews from the track/drift/autox crowds

I've known him for almost 9 years. I'll believe he's tough when my wife stops being able to kick his ass :chuckles: (btw, my wife is 5'2" and 128lbs, he is 6'2" and around 200lbs)

oh, back to the tires. I drove the car to school today. So far I noticed that the road noise and ride comfort are better then the potenzas. I didn't do any hard cornering but the tires felt like they were ready to break loose and slide under moderate breaking. I think traction is going to be an issue for these tires :sad:

I had hankooks on the e46. more comfy.. less grippy. I found myself turning off the dsc and wearing them down faster. They were decent, but not a good performance tire. Your car is way too powerful for those tires.

Mine......not so much. :happysad:

tires are still new so it wont be as grippy. give it about 500-800miles.

not that I expect them to improve dramatically but it should get better.
