i don't mind meat that is gamey

elk is very gamey tasting. i freaking love it!
venison is awesome
aligator while i've only had it twice is something i would eat again, its good
caribou is great
moose is really good
bufallo is also really good, just like beef with a slightly different taste, very tender
and there are alot of field birds that are really excellent

My stepdad shot a goose a couple days ago on his property and my mom cooked it last night for dinner. It was a little tough but very yummy. It was like all dark meat.
