minimum wage here is NYS minimum wage, i think that is $7.15/hour

teachers here start in the low 30's but ive done loans for teachers that make 70-80 but never into the 90's

nah, the city of utica itself is like 60-65k then all the "suburbs" if you can call them that or maybe just call them surrounding towns taht make up the "greater utica area" brings it to 100k ish

Syracuse has twice that many people at almost 150k (and thats not counting ALL of the suburbs around it, which would be another easy 75k+, and it was waaaay too small.
