I plan on getting a starter bike at the end of this year...however, i haven't ever driven anything with two wheels. I've been on hundreds of four wheelers and such, but never even a dirt bike.

What is the best way to go about learning to ride, and getting licensed?

Where do i go from there? Dirtbike? I'm not sure if i have access to one, or the land to ride one.

 

$300 craigslist bike, big parking lot. Once you've gotten the hang of that, then look into beginner classes.
