anyone else here get the feeling that more and more people are using the rapid fire mod? sometimes i feel like some people kill me even when i get the first shot with a BR before going head-to-head :madr:

You really can't tell from a game menu, but you can just tell when you're playing. In SWAT, you'll get magically shot around corners or even fall over and die w/o hearing a gun go off. Since the host is seeing everything faster, you're getting killed without a fair shot.
When you're in a team, make sure to hop into Theater first. From there, the screen will tell you who has the best internet connection.
Promote them to leader, then head into matchmaking.

Oh, with the new rankings, Josh noticed that your playlist ranking is not dependent on your skill level. It's all in the exp earned. Saw a Brig in SWAT tonight. High skill of 36 w. 450 SWAT exp = bird.
I need to get my shit together and start playing Halo again. I spent this weekend messing with an FTA receiver
