a year or 2 back i gave serious consideration to getting into real estate sales.... and over the past few months, its been on my mind again.
lets see... self promotion? well ive been accused of that but not in such friendly terms.... im used to telling people what to do with their money from my experience in banking.... outgoing and friendly? yeah usually...
presentable car? well i think either of mine would probably quality.... but i guess it all depends on what people consider presentable...

the market swings... trust me i know the condition of the local real estate market.... having just sold a house and then trying to buy one - they all fucking sell like the day i find them. CNY real estate market has been accused of being the exception to the rule
