There is nothing they will be able to do. The PPC overheating issues are well documented and it's the main reason why two years ago apple switched to intel.
They are just not that great anymore.

Microsoft admitted that all first gen 360's are defective.
But they are stepping up and fixing what's wrong.
They are pretty quick about getting them fixed and sent back. Mine was only gone for about a week and a half. Good luck.
