i placed an order for an inspiron e1405 on 7/31... they have delayed it 4 times :madr:
my gf needs it for school, so i'm thinking of getting her a hp laptop instead and selling the dell laptop when i get it... good idea?

can't stand HP laptops, the touchpads are the worst things ever, they stick so bad you can't even use them.
I'll vouch for dell's small business line, the prices are better than than in the home section currently.
I'd cancel the dell order and place another one for a vostro 1500, mine came in less than a week, with 3-5 day shipping.
