How do you...
I drown myself in activities. When I sit still, I tend to think. If I'm so busy I can't think ... I can't depress myself.
I tend to make the activities something productive and positive. Recently, I got on an eBay kick to fill my time after work. I'm packing boxes, listing auctions, and doing all sorts of crap from 5pm till 10pm.
After 2 full weeks ...

it's not all profit because I used money to make money ... but there's no way it's a loss.
I guess I fight off work stress with more work.

I figured most people here would say they go for a nice long drive, but when I'm overwhelmed, a drive makes everything worse. Mostly due to idiot drivers, traffic, etc.
Depending on my mood I'll exercise, blast music, go for a walk in the middle of the night, etc.

oh no ... that was no means in a way to show off or any shit.
it's just that you can be productive while trying to escape. No matter what you do, just always try to gear yourself towards something positive. (edit ... like RB and his working out)

You just have a great nack and a ear for what's hot and what's not. And that for you has been very productive. Plus...you > target clearance :chuckles:
there are alot of backroads here so driving used to help but hell i'm so busy these days i can't even take a bit to myself to go for a soothing drive.
