We have a Database called Procomm, it holds all the delivery manifest for the day and its what i do my work on.....The old printer keeps jamming, so they sent us a new one...plugged it up and it prints what you tell it to print its just that the image doesnt show on the paper

 

the image.. like.. a picture or everything you are trying to print.

We tried doing that, to no avail

 

It will print the top line

Date-------------Time----------------Page

then nothing

 

right, you made it sound like it wont print images.

i still cant help ya though

 

probably need to install PCL drivers.

does it print the windows test page? that has the windows logo on it which is also an image.

 

did you change the drivers? Use PCL instead of PS.
