401k?

How much should i invest?

I know its better to save more earlier...what would be a good %?

I was thinking 6-7%

11-15% is ideal, if you could do 20% I say do it.
is your employer doing any matching for you? I technically put 11% in, 8% myself and my company puts in 3%. I'm going to bump it up to 12% for this comming year.

10% of my own plus an additional 6% matched by the company. So I guess 16% in total.
