Michael Vick = Looking for a plea agreement
#11
I think the max penalty is 5 years, 250K.
A federal prison is much better than a state one ... but I'm sure he'll be doing time now, I'm guessing 3 years, 2 with good behavior.
I think the Patriots are looking to sign him when he's released. sounds like something that team would do.

A South Carolina inmate, Jonathan Lee Riches, is suing Michael Vick for “theft and abuse of my animals” and seeks a restraining order, along with $63,000,000,000 (that’s billion) in damages, which he wants delivered in gold & silver via UPS.
Somehow, Mr. Riches managed to file the suit in US District Court in Richmond, VA. As you can see, he used his finest handwriting on lined paper.
Some highlights:
# Riches claims Vick stole his dogs and sold them on eBay, using the proceeds to purchase missiles from the Government of Iran.
# Vick stole Riches’ identity to open accounts at stores such as Petsmart, so he could buy dogfighting supplies.
# On Feb 10, 2007, Vick pledged allegiance to Al-Qaeda.

The funny thing is he put "UPS" in his letter and right after it put United States Postal Service

I think if he strikes a plea bargain, he'll be sentenced to significantly less than 3 years. Probably more like 1, depending on his involvement of course.
