I tend to be conscious of my posture because of back issues that I have. I've found that going to the rock gym helps me with a lot of the back (middle spine area under the shoulder blades) issues I have, so I've been going on and off for about a year now. I also have one of those funky big ball things. What are some kick ass back stretches besides the obvious ones that I could look into? (To help stretch AND strengthen)
