Situps help alot....you are only as strong as your core...sounds cheesy but you never see a strong person with a beer belly

Doesn't sound cheesy at all... they're kind of a given tho. I'm looking for lesser known stretches. Appreciated though.

Why don't you use that machine that you sit on then grab the handle on one end the rotate the upper torso. I've seen the machine at the gym but never used it except for once.

I has a giant rubber ball. I like them for situps.

lift your legs, holding your knees straight, and raise your arms
place the ball between your feet and hold onto it
repeat as many times as possible

its just a modified crunch, but it is brutal and gets the back involved pretty well

for stretching i always got alot out of the beauty pose, or sitting in a chair and lean over the back of it real hard
