It's on NBC right now....
They are saying its easy to track stolen ipods. The funniest part is where they planted the iPod. They leave them out in the open with no owner in site, still in the box just sitting there all by itself, and then expect people not to steal them.

The only way they are catching people is because they replaced the installation cd with a different one which i believe sent the registration info to dateline instead of apple..but why are people fricking registering them!!

Like...for instance...they left an ipod sitting in a clear bag on a park bench with no one in site.....and no receipt it seemed...i know im gonna hover around that bag for like 5 minutes...no one comes out...guess what...free ipod
