No, like I said he was my lifelong friend, and this is "his" house and I am "living" with him. If I would have been renting off his dad at one of his dads other homes I would have had a contract.

Well, my roommate, friend from childhood, decided to sell our house (I rent off him), and I have to be out by this weekend. I can't go back to my parents because they are letting my brothers friends stay there since he doesnt have a home right now, and his dad is in Mississippi. The other place I was going to move into anyway wont be ready until the end of August, but Im gonna try and pull some strings there. I have a friend who lives a while away that I could stay with temporarily, but he is in NY right now. If I was still with my ex, I coulda moved there in a heartbeat...
