Snapple previously and now works for Schweeps I believe. His job was not seasonal it was a permanent sales position.

I meant as far as sales go. If he works on commission, sales might be a lot higher in the summer than in the winter.

that's just an assumption and a generalization. I have no experience in food distribution sales industry to I don't really know. But in retail electronics that is generally true but even then, there are guys who I like to call rain makers. They can sell anything anytime. We have one of those guys and he made his quota in sales after 2months on the job with 1 week left in the month. Generally we give 3-4months before they have to meet quota. Mind you this is some what of a slow quarter for us.
