My plan:

No more lifting to get huge...I'm going to lift to get stronger, and in shape...but not big. Getting big is bad for golf. So I've started running and lifting again this week...work had been crazy and I had no time to do it.

dude how much do you weigh that you are benching 300 lbs? Thats huge man. Nice progress goin from 12.5 inch arms to 16.5:eek3:

after i get my house together, i'm going to buy a bench and just do press 3 times a week and get top heavy. all other workouts are poo.

When I did 315 I weighed 157.

It is not that I am really strong, I just have a huge urge for a monster amount of weight not to come down and snap me in two.
