Workout Crew: New Plans
I know I haven't been around, but I have been super busy lately with school, work, the woodshop, a lot of customer projects, and working on the farm.
Two nights ago I came to the realization that I have not been doing anything for me lately, and I feel it is time to be a little selfish.
I have marked off two hours each day to lift, or do something that I want on my off days.
My goal is to be benching 300 again by the end of the year, and be back in the high 40's chest size, have my arms over 16 1/2, and be leg pressing around 550 to 600.
Right now I am eating like a crazed beast, but all of it is clean. I worked out super hard last night and not currently sore at all. Thank you Mr. Protein.
Not concerned with fat right now, I am just going to try and get as big as possible between now and Christmas.
I just love it when I work out.... it feels like no one can touch me.
What are everyone else's plans?

I did the same thing and I loved it lol...Just didnt realize how big i actually got, until I bought size 44 pants lol...But good luck it is a great feeling to walk around and know that nobody can fuck with your size

My waist won't go over a 33, it is not in my build.
