my girl wants to go fishing. i don't have any gear though. i haven't gone in probably 10+ years. but we may try to go sometime this summer. anyway, where's a good place to get some gear?

If you're going on a boat excursion, just rent them from them. If you're going often, depends on fresh or salt water and what you're trying ot catch.

Big 5, sports chalet, kmart wal mart and sports authority have lots of gear. I have a 25 % coupon for SA expiring tomorrow if you want.

 

i got my pole from this little shop that sells bait down the road from my friend's pond.

it was like $20, ive had it for like two years.

 

she wants to go in a lake or river. don't really know how often we'll go though. she could love it and want to go all the time. or she could hate it and never want to go again. :dunno:
