Seasonal Boost Pressure
I noticed that I am boosting at about 2 psi less then I did in the winter time. I am not sure if it is because I switched my fuel map, but I reverted back to the one I used in the winter time so it should still have the same settings.
Is it normal to loose pressure in hotter weather since there isn't ice cold air hitting the intercooler?

Warmer air is less dense

The ECU (especially stock ones) can only compensate so much, especially when the vital sensors are narrowband. Combine that with common small internal wastegate flaps and modified parts, positive manifold pressure are highly likely to fluctuate from the factory preset boost. Often you will find OEM setups tapering off the psi when it reaches its peak boost setting due to lazy integrated wastegates on the turbine housing.
On my old setup, when winter would come by I would switch to the lower boost setting because psi would often go 1-2 psi higher than in warmer months.

yep, this is why manual boost controllers are also finicky to changes in weather.
you have a subaru right?
hotter ambient air = harder-to-cool topmount intercooler = heat soak = loss in power and boost pressure.
see how it feels when you drive it at night, when its cooler.
