very nice! so how is it working as a tech for mercedes? you making ballah money yet? how soon till you get an AMG something and you start turning it into a monster?

we use snap on regular sockets for impacting

Being a tech at Mercedes is pretty cool. You see everything from older cars to brand new cars. The owners are not afraid to drop some money on their vehicles and sometimes they just want everything done at once.

I've never had a regular socket break on me using it on impacts but think I'll be more careful with that. My parents just shipped out my impact sockets from back home. Look forward to that

ive had a cheapo one flare out on me and the snap on 10mm flared out too. *shrugs*

no need to goto sears, snap-on truck rolls by the neighborhood.

sweet I'm getting a slew of snap-on tools at a student discount aswell. $1,57somthings worth.

the craftsman 3/8" torque wrenches are actually pretty nice. A lot more accurate than people give credit.

Also try going to Matco.com. They give discounts for students :rick:

student discount ftmfw - milk that bish

matco's discount was more appealing to me though.

+1 on using tools everyday. comfort + ease > discomfort + difficult.
