Are they testing the siblings at the same time? If so, that is the reasoning: older brother is 20, younger brother is 10. No wonder the older brother has a higher IQ! :lmao: I'm kidding...I hope they didn't do that! (I didnt read the article)

Well.... I guess maybe.
I might be able to score higher IQ test than my brother or sister, but they both are much better at other things than I am.
We were all raised differently and in different times and places, it's kind of like "no duh!" that someone is going to end up different with all those variables.
