Thanks for all the good advice! I called Sears, they said if I buy it today and it goes on sale they will refund the difference. Good info! Gonna go buy a compressor now!

most companies outside of Craftsman are just re-painted rebadged. My compressor is some wierd brand, but the pump and tank are made by Ingersol Rand so I am comfortable with what I have. Mine is a 220v compressor as I wanted something dual piston and big as fuck. In my opinion it is the only way to go. I don't know what kind of tools you will be using on it though. I wanted the capability to run a Dye grinder without it going into even 80% cycle.
