i understand that... what i am saying is that it should still be worrysome. specially the way things are turning out with russia, NK, Iran, UAE, ect... you are right a invasion would probably fail and to be honest i dont think any country in the world would want to invade the USA. there is nothing to gain from such a invasion, but many countries want to attact and harm the USA; that can be done without stepping 1 foot on american soil.

I think the US should institute a mandatory boot-camp for all HS Graduates or all dropouts. At the very least it might make something good out of a troubled youth, at the worse it would allow the average citizen to have compassion for the soldiers and what they go thru to be who they are. Would it really be a horrible thing to teach every citizen basic combat training?
