I wasnt going to reply in this since I ride and have mixed feelins but I think as a human being, we show compassion when its needed. I THINK I would stop and help but I dont know. Its easy for us to turn a blind eye and think the next guy will stop....its a difficult choice to make. One that I dont know how to answer unless Ive been in that position.

Tell you what though, when I went down on the freeway, when I stood up I saw 4-5 people running towards me to see if I was ok. Good people.

 

I think its easy to be young and stupid. We've all driven at least a little bit wreckless, cut someone off, etc. at some point in our lives. I'd hate to think that in that moment that I ever cut somebody off, I'd get in an accident and the guy I cut off refused to help me, simply because I made some stupid judgement call.

Dying is dying, regardless of the darwinian attitude some of you guys take.

If the wreck put him down in the center divide and traffic continued to blast through at 75-plus, I'd pull off to the shoulder ASAP and call 911.

But there's no sense in getting mowed down yourself and making things worse for the paramedics. :hs:
