On my way home from work today, I spotted a jackass motorcycle rider. The kid was driving in the middle of 2 lanes, passing cars within the same lane, and weaving in and around cars at high speeds.

I've never seen anything like this.

I was thinking, "this kid is going to kill himself".





If you were to see something like this or have this happen to you (getting buzzed in traffic, seeing him disobey every law) AND you saw him wipe out soon after ... would you:

I don't care how stupid or jackass somebody is....life is life. I would be more than happy to stop and help somebody who needed help.

he was within inches of clipping my rearview mirror (@ a red light), I honked ... he stopped, flicked me off, rev'ed, and kept going up the middle of a 2 lane road.

 

ok, so instead of possibly saving somebodies life who flicked you off, you will hold it against them? That sounds fucked up. I don't care if that guy DID hit my mirror..gave me the finger...and then mooned me....if somebody is in a wipeout life or death situation. I can forgive them for being stupid. You only get one chance at being a stupid youth. I won't be the one to hold a grudge so they die because I am being self rightous.

 

As much as they'd deserve it, if he/she needed help i'd stop.

You probably shouldn't drive in CA where splitting lanes is legal. h: I guess one thing to keep in mind is that he didn't hit your mirror. In his eyes, the honk was probably unwarranted. That doesn't make his finger right but I'd try not to take it personally.

 

There is a code amongst bike riders. Most of which don't follow any longer. Even when being a jackass like that, if injured i'd still help. Those who make the bone head move of driving stupid will one day meet the road and figure out that the road will always win. Be safe, the streets be harder than you'll ever be.
