Default new computer, buy or build or fix???

So I turned on my computer today and all I got was the speaker saying "system failed vga test"

and then nothing....

no monitor signal, so I took out the video card (agp) and same thing....

So you think it's fixable? or

should I just build one? maybe build another??

whatcha all think??

As much as I hate to say it - you can't beat Dell's prices. If you don't need a monster computer you can pick up a very nice and cheap machine.

I got my setup from Dell mainly because it came with a 20" widescreen for the price. Paid like $600 otd and it runs great. I haven't tested any hardcore games on it, but I would buy a dell again
