Found a 1945 Chevy pickup (only 6002 made for special permit purchase to public) for a smoking deal and it is 97% complete. thinking about picking it up and flipping it right back out for twice my cost on it h:
Just not sure I want to take the risk right now.

I dunno I am not sure I really want to mess with it right now, but it would be a fairly easy move, just not sure the market is really there for the Chevy bodies of that year. They were kinda ugly at that point and less desirable than the Fords are.

Meh I just put in the call to the guy so we will see what the story is. At the very least I may be able to trade it off for the 35-40 Ford pickup I really want.

I would keep the stovebolt 6 in it and work it up a little, recover the seats, make it driveable and safe then sell it off.
