Get a B18C1 head and turbo your Integra. Get a good 300whp and you'll have a decent car for both. Add pistons & rods and 400whp should get you close to the times your looking for.

vr4 used to be my dream car. i still love them but i'd never get one with the intention of making it fast. they're fucking expensive to mod & fix, they break & they are god damn pigs.

now a VR4 gallant would be a pretty sweet sleeper. I have a friend that is racing his, he of course did a ton of work to it. Outside looks like crap but he's hanging with Evos, STi, M3s, and even a gt3. I tend to think the porsche driver just sucks though.
