1st month is prorated. We move in the 6th. It's a 2bdrm 2btrm with den and in a gated community as well as 3 underground garage parking spots 
Seems like a lot but once you get a good job it's not as bad. You have to pay to play. I thought it was too expensive to live down here but I got used to it and I'm doing fairly well

Well my gf is moving in as well. We thought itd be a benefit for someone to stay with us if we split the rent off by people rather than by rooms. So we'd split $1800 by 3 as well as the utilites and other stuff. She'll be working down the street at Newport Lexus

all i know is here in MI i can get a comparable apartment for under a grand a month... but then it is MI 
shit i pay 420 everything included for my apartment and i rent out the second bedroom for 210 a month and its just a tad smaller than that place
