It's not cheap to live in OC, but it's a bit "cheaper" lately haahha

Anyways, the place I stayed at in CM was $2400 a month....now it's $1600 here in Tustin

 

1st month is prorated. We move in the 6th. It's a 2bdrm 2btrm with den and in a gated community as well as 3 underground garage parking spots

Seems like a lot but once you get a good job it's not as bad. You have to pay to play. I thought it was too expensive to live down here but I got used to it and I'm doing fairly well
