i feel like a little bitch when my weight yo-yos
i know you're supposed to weight yourself only once per week at the most but sometimes i find it hard not to
as of last sunday i was down 50.2 pounds. as of friday i was down 54.2. since then i'm up 3 pounds.
i know it shouldn't bother me because there's no way i actually gained 3 pounds in 2 days but it's still quite discouraging

I've been told that greens i.e. lettuce take longer to digest. I did have 3 salads in 2 days and I normally don't eat salad. Maybe that has something to do with it. Of course, that's probably just false information.
what's fucked up is that i know in my mind that a few pounds fluctuation is completely normal but i just can't get past it for some reason. i think i'm just fucked in the head.

true i weight myself every morning and somtimes i go up 3-4 lbs in like 1-2 days then i level off at 112 its possible, and i change weight from just food and poop, no exercising here. h: i do poop 2-3 times a day :chuckles:

Same happens with me.
I was 220ish a little while ago and tried to cut down. I went as low as 204, but now its 204 - 208 on a daily basis. Up and down.
