I bounce from 170-173. I weighed my self b4 and after a crap and it was like a 2lb loss :dunno:

I weigh myself pretty much every day at the gym...my weight always fluctuates 2-5lbs from day to day.

Weight to me is just a number. If you look and feel healthy then be happy with it.
I never weigh myself anymore, don't know don't care.

went down to 135, built a little more muscle and increased my food intake so I'm almost back to 140
