Default 2001 ITR for $19k. is this crap?

the dealer where i got my TSX has a 2001 ITR w/ 53k miles on it for $19.1k. ive never even considered these things, but what you guys think?

in terms of my needs, i dont need a ton of space, and i would really like to get back to driving a coupe of any sort (hence my last thread about civic coupes). any comments?

Do they also have a 1989 CRX out back for $7600? :hsugh:

are these things seriously that expensive?

i love them but the ride might be a bit tough for you. also, the interior is straight out of the 80's.

if you dont get it, somebody else will.

The Type R's are a rarity these days.... then again, getting one is calling for it to get stolen and stripped.

tough rides dont bother me, unless youre saying this thing is extremely stiff. yeah, i have no idea how much these things go for, but im sure i could talk them down if necessary. i just wanted to hear from guys who knew these cars better than me :hs:

...ok so i started to smile until i read the last part of your post  but then again, i dont live in a place where car theft is that high, but is it gonna suck paying for insurance and worrying about it gettin jacked?

but yeah, should i check it out anyway?

Edmunds.com TMV: PP $14,157 Dealer Retail $15,689

Is this dealer shitty or what? Sounds like the dealer I went to that wanted $21k for the 00 S2K with 50k miles and scratches galore.

They're pretty tight ass cars, but I'd have trouble sleeping at night without that thing locked in a vault.

yeah, i just looked through KBB and they said one in excellent condition was at $17,500. its just that this area has tons of people w/ lots o' $$$, so prices are inflated for the most part. i think im going to go tomorrow just to mess w/ their heads. at least h:
