im lookin to purchase a car under $20k, the lower the better. reason stated in the civic thread

That price i way too high you can def talk him down. That's what I really wanted, a 2001 blk/blk ITR but bought a gsr instead. Me having a teg, my answers is somewhat biased but I would get it. They're quick, mod friendly, pretty good on gas and I see it has a the front lip on it

Just becareful of theft....i'd work on getting a 2-way pager alarm, wheel boot and cut-off switch put in ASAP if you get it.

 

Not worth the money IMO, but if you want it, go for it. Someone will buy it for that price because of the rarity.

If you don't have inspection, or somewhere that doesn't care. Get a detachable steering wheel. Won't stop vandalism, but it's not rolling to far without a steering wheel.
