-shaved door moulding
-rear lower tie bar

it is most likely the real thing...or someone trying to emulate one.

 

maybe i havent been around long enough or know enough people who have cars that have been stolen

to date, i know of only one friend who had her 99 civic si stolen in georgetown on a busy weekend while at the clubs. beyond that, nada
