on a side note...

i sometimes dont put a stamp and write the address of where i want to send the letter in the return

i just got 50 cents worth of 1 cent stamps. some people are so low tech that they cant even use a freagn stamp vending machines.

u can tell that these people are parents...so in my head i'm like "how the hell can u raise a family, but not know how to use a vending machine"

Yea in theory it works... but alot of the time if you do that for something that is supposed to go across country or something it'll just get lost.

I blame it on gas prices. No wait, global warming. Global warming's to blame. Wait. Scratch that too. George Bush and the war in Iraq is to blame. (LOL)

Serious though. Gas prices are possibly the culprit. That and just good ol inflation.
