throw a few cents in the mailbox with the mail and the carrier should take care of it for you.

 

ever though of compagnies that send bills everymonth to all there client base? telecoms, Credit card, cable ect...

 

on a side note...

i sometimes dont put a stamp and write the address of where i want to send the letter in the return

Works here sent a couple of letters like that h:

 

i just got 50 cents worth of 1 cent stamps. some people are so low tech that they cant even use a freagn stamp vending machines.

u can tell that these people are parents...so in my head i'm like "how the hell can u raise a family, but not know how to use a vending machine"

 

Yea in theory it works... but alot of the time if you do that for something that is supposed to go across country or something it'll just get lost.

 

that's what i'm thinking. i figure they'd just throw it away.

Serious though. Gas prices are possibly the culprit. That and just good ol inflation.
