Eh yeah, I suppose. I send out a thing or two maybe once every couple months, but I guess if you are a business or someone who has too many kids it could get a little expensive.

I don't understand why the normal stamps and the 'Forever' stamps cost the same. Why not make them all Forever stamps? Perhaps I'm missing something...

buy a handful of 1 cent stamps and use 2 with the 39s

The new rates went into effect today. Some 2cent stamps would be necessary...

It's not the increase, it's that I now have to go find a bunch of two-cent stamps so that the book of 39cent stamps I have aren't obsolete... that or waste 37cents each time I have to mail something by affixing 2 stamps. That's probably what I'll end up doing... I'm lazy like that.
