Default workout crew: changing up my routine a bit

since i got a few bills paid off with my bonus, im going to be seeing the trainer 3x per week for a bit

current:
monday - chest & bi
tuesday - cardio
wednesday - legs
thursday - cardio
friday - back, tri & shoulder

monday - chest & bi
tuesday - legs
wednesday - cardio
thursday - back & tri
friday - shoulders

hopefully i see some good results :x:

I would do Chest/tri back/bi.

last week spanky i was doing my thang on the eliptical machine betweeen these 2 fineass bitches. i was going backwards and forwards with no hands @ a crazy speed cause i didnt wanna look like a bitch. once they left, i got off and my legs were cramping up like crazy :wtc:. h:. just felt i should share

:rofl: fine bitches provide me motivation when i'm on the elliptical

plus, i seem to work out harder / do it faster when people around me are going fast
